My role as Managing Director of M.M.E. is both challenging and rewarding in many aspects on a daily basis.
With over 20 years of retail and finance experience in the U.K, heading up many blue chip companies including accounts like Home retail I have become very target driven and people focused.
I now lead and take overall responsibility to deliver the high standard that M.M.E. pride themselves in.
This is a fantastic personal opportunity for me to take the things I have learned and new ideas from the U.K market and combine them with the Irish market, with the overall outcome to be solution focused for our clients.

In my role as C.S.M at M.M.E. my continuous aim is to ensure client satisfaction before, during and after all tactical campaigns carried out by my team. My hands on approach and constant field presence begins from the first email or call from my client and continues while I direct and control the process.
Client communication in my roll for me is key, so dealing with any questions they may have or indeed complaints they may have in a very quick turnaround time is what I believe should be delivered on all campaigns.
I pride myself in meeting tight timelines and on budget in a professional manner, never compromising the service agreed with clients.

Kate Connolly
Kate is one of the Field Team Leaders at MME. Kate comes from a field background, this provides her with a strong understanding of the challenges the team faces within their day to day activity. Kate is responsible for recruitment, reporting and allocation of work making sure she assigns the best person possible for the task. She also carries out spot checks in stores and ensures her team is being as productive for our clients as possible.

Paula is the Tactical Coordinator at MME. Paula comes from a HR background which provides her with a strong ability to listen to both client and employee needs. Paula looks after the day to day running of the office and reporting back to the clients. While in her position with MME, Paula has built a strong rapport with our clients and retailers alike.
